At Pryxium™ , we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products in accordance with the conditions below.
1. Return conditions
We accept returns under certain conditions:

Return period : You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.

Product Condition : Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging .

Non-returnable products : For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned (see section 6).

Proof of Purchase : Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us : Send a return request to contact@pryxium.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Instructions : You will receive an email with detailed instructions and the return address.

Product Packaging : Ensure items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Returning Products : Ship items to the address provided. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure proper receipt.
3. Return costs

Standard return costs : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or an error on our part.

Free returns : If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect, defective, damaged product), we will cover the return costs.
4. Reimbursement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

Refund Method : The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund time : Allow 5 to 10 working days after validation of the return.

Refunded amount : The total purchase amount will be refunded, excluding delivery costs (except in the event of an error on our part).

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
6. Non-returnable products
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this issue:

Free Return : If your request is validated, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refund or Replacement : Once the product is returned and inspected, we offer a refund or send a new item.
8. Cancellation of Order

Unshipped Order : If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will cancel and issue a full refund.

Order already shipped : If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
